Lately I’ve been so lazy to wash my hair! I used to be so good and wash my hair daily. But I think, when life gets busy you just pretty much forgot to take care of yourself. I’m becoming a lazy stinky head! Have you ever been in the same situation or felt this way before?
It’s been so long since I took proper care of my self. Before the New Year begins, it’s about time to get back on track and start taking care of myself, especially my hair again! You should do the same, so we all can get a fresh start! I also want to be able to say, “Sure, life isn’t perfect but my hair is!” that’s why I came up with today’s gift idea.
A few weeks ago I discovered new hair care products, “Hask”, salon quality products with affordable prices! I’m not lying here; their products are super wallet friendly! Not only that they are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten and drying alcohol. I’ve received HASK Superfruit Healthy Hair Shampoo, Conditioner, Deep Conditioner and a cute HASK brush from this company and I think it would be great to share with you how I like it.
Before we get into the review part I want to tell you why I think it is a good idea to give these hair care products as a Christmas present.

Superfruit Healthy Hair Shampoo
Let’s start with the ingredients! This shampoo contains Dragon Fruit, Acai Berry & Mangosteen Oil. All sound so yummy and healthy, right? It has Brilliant Shine Complex that helps maintain natural shine, fight frizz and restore resilience.
Here are my thoughts after the first use; I love the tropical fruity sense in this product, the smell last for over 24 hours after use. Even though my hair is already shiny, no surprise this shampoo helped to add even more shine to my hair. My hair feels squeaky clean after the first use.
Superfruit Healthy Hair Conditioner
Cupuaçu Butter, Acai Berry & Mangosteen Oil are the main ingredients in this conditioner. Like the shampoo, it has Brilliant Shine Complex that helps maintain natural shine, fight frizz and restore resilience.
Here are my thoughts after the first use; my hair became softer, shinier, less frizz and definitely smelled a lot better. I love the texture of the conditioner that it’s very creamy and easy to put on my hair. Also, there is no hassle when washing it off too.
Superfruit Healthy Hair Deep Conditioner
The main ingredients of this product are Papaya, Acai Berry and Mangosteen Oil. This one is definitely my favorite. One small package can use up to three times for medium hair length. I use this product every few days and love it. You can use it alone as a hair treatment or use it after shampoo and conditioner. I love the softness of this deep conditioner when lathering it into my hair. I left it on for about 10 minutes then rinsed off. It was very easy to rinse off too. My hair smells so amazing, super soft, clean and I feel so fresh after using this product. My hair got more shine, less frizz, and more hydrated.
Overall I love these three products for both quality and price and I recommend you to try by yourself before giving them out as Christmas presents.
Do you love to wear sneakers? Do your friends or family love to wear sneakers?
I personally used to dislike wearing sneakers as much as other people do. Times have changed, people changed, and I’m the one who has switched to loving to wear them almost everywhere I go now.
I used to wear high heels everywhere I went. Now high heels are only for a date night with my husband. I think the reasons behind it are that I love how comfortable and easy it is to wear them with any styles of cloths. To go for a walk, go on a hike or go to the gym, these types of shoes were born for any occasions, I feel.
I love wearing them and I see a lot of fashionistas are wearing them too. Sneakers shouldn’t be a bad idea to give as a Christmas present this year!
How to pick the right style sneakers to give as a present?
You have to know that person’s lifestyle. Do they love to wear sneakers just for fashion, or they wear to workout? If for workout, you have to dig deeper, what kind of workout? They have different kinds for each sport. You can eliminate the ones that are not on the list.
Get the right color! This is important. People have their own favorite colors. Sometimes you might think of a specific color might look good on your friends. You really shouldn’t decide for them. Try to observe what’s the dominant color of all their outfits they have. Then you’ll see what’s the right color to get. Stick with one or two colors, so you won’t have a headache trying to get them.
The most important one is getting the right size. If you’re considering on getting the sneakers, here’s what I would suggest you to do to find out their shoe sizes. Start with a friendly conversation at a shoe store, keep talking and bring up your shoes’ size at one point in the conversation. When you feel it’s the right moment, ask your friend about their shoes’ sizes. The more people in the conversation the better. So the person you’re going to give the present to won’t know that you’re targeting them. Then keep on talking with whatever! How dose that sound? Or just frankly ask them, they will know about the present in the end anyway! Lol! 😀
What brand should you go for?
Tough question here! I personally go with what is beautiful! I love adidas for fashion shoes! I love how vintage New Balance and Brooks Running shoes look! They are both comfortable too!
I love Nike and for some reasons I always go for Nike. The answer for this question is actually up to you my loves, I really can’t give you a lot of recommendations for this one. When you find the right pair, they will be screaming your name for you to take them back home with you!

Christmas is around the corner, aren’t you excited for it?
I am supper excited! Not because of the presents I will be receiving and not because of the gifts I will be giving! JK, haha! But it’s because of everything all around you. Time flies by and life has to go on. I know some of you might not want the year of 2016 to end and some of you want it to end so badly and already have new goals and New Year’s resolutions planned out. For me I have mixed feelings, I don’t want this year to be over because I had such a great time taking care of my baby and working on what I love. I don’t mean I will stop doing what I am doing the second 2017 hits! All I want to do from now on is to enjoy every little moment before the year is over. At the same time, it is so exciting to think that 2017 is around the corner. New year, new journey, what will it bring you? More opportunities? More fun? More joys? All I know is that it will definitely bring you more good vibes, that’ s for sure!
There is something I really want you to know about me. I am a plan freak. I love to plan and set goals. Before I start doing something new, I have to have my plan ready. I think it’s such an important thing that you have a plan and you know what you’re going to do. The New Year is close, so today I would like to share with you what I found about powerful benefits of making your yearly goals. My husband and I have been doing it since 2014. Today he agreed to share some of his thoughts on today’s topic too.
Let’s start with a few of my thoughts on what are the benefits I get from having goals
It is a map/ GPS to your success.
Imagine yourself driving to a new destination without GPS or Google maps these days! How crazy would it be? I know you can stop and ask people on the way there but it will take you a little bit longer because you wont know exactly where you are going and what roads and exits you should take. Setting goals for yourself is for the same purpose of having a map in your hands. You will know where you are going with the right directions. If you lost your map you still know the whole picture because you were the one that planed it out. Even though you get lost you will be able to find the way to get back on tract and keep on going until you are at your destination.
It helps remind you with what you need to do.
Like having a secretary or SIRI writing down what you have to do tomorrow. Setting your yearly goals is one more reminder tool you add into your life. Your brain is already working hard everyday. It’s good to have a written reminder that you can always go back and look at it.
Action plan that is specifically designed for you.
Because you are who you are and no one can be you, each person is different. To be able to make your own goals and design your own way to achieve them are the best part. You know exactly what you want, what you don’t want, what you can do and what you can’t do. It’s your goals and it’s your plan that you can take action in your own pace at your own time and ability.
Making you proud of yourself.
Making yourself proud is one of the good feelings everyone needs in their life. Setting goals and achieving them are the best feelings ever. It makes you know that you’re not a normal person. You are special. You can do whatever you put your mind to. It makes you know that you’re awesome! Like that saying, you can do it!
You have purpose in life.
People can get upset and depressed when they don’t know what to do or don’t know why they are here in this world. When you have purposes in life everything looks and feels more beautiful. You want to live longer. You want to enjoy every single thing around you. You know that you are important and you care more about yourself and others.
Having a yearly plan will make you feel so good! Trust me!
Here’s my husband’s point of view he would like to share with you guys.
When creating goals for yourself, there are many benefits to be had. A major benefit I would like to mention today is that creating a goal gives you a sense of purpose and keeps you motivated in life. When planning a destination in life, it requires both a point A and point B. If you do not know where you are going, how can you move forward in life? By having an end target in mind, you can focus on what’s important and be sure you achieve that goal. This is significant because when tough times come, and try to throw you off course, you can remember what you’re fighting for by looking at your goals. Special thanks to my lovely wife for letting me “express my artistic ability of writing” on her blog and not altering it in anyway, love you!
So those where the exact words from my lovely husband. 😀
Now, it’s time for my husband and I to start planning out and setting our goals for the next year. I recommend you do it too. Start sooner it’s always better!
