It’s heating up here in Arizona and my oh my I don’t want to think about Spring/ Summer weather! Well, I know I shouldn’t complain about it because some parts of the country and the world are still freezing cold. I better enjoy the cool breeze and sunny days while they last. I’m enjoying it for you too! ?
Before winter is over and before we go ahead and welcome spring here soon, I have one easy tip to share with you today on how to transform your winter look into a Spring look with one basic tip that you can start using right now.
The tip is to start introducing and incorporating Spring prints into your look, like florals, stripes and polka dots. There are plenty more Spring/ Summer prints to play around with but today I’m choosing three of them to show you how I incorporate them into my look.
Today’s outfit is a very simple, classic and neutral. I got my white sweetheart neck longline top (size small, US size 4) and heels from boohoo. My black wild leg pants (size large, I normally wear a US size 6) and jacket (size medium, I normally wear a US size 4) are from Romwe. The pants are a little bit too long but they are a perfect pair with my Peeptoe block heel boots which have the height at 4.2″ tall.
This winter look is a great base to add on accessories for the transitioning. The three ways under one rule I’m doing is to play with your accessories, like neck scarf, headband and earrings.
The first look;
I’m turning classic to a classy look by adding a black and white polka dots scarf to my outfit.
That’s it! Only adding one item can actually transform your look as you can see from my pictures here.
The second look;
I grabbed a pair of striped earrings in black and white to compliment this monochrome look.
I have to say that this look is a little bit more feminine and fun because of the triad ball drop designs of the earrings.
The third look;
I’m wearing a bright floral printed headband.
It’s actually not a headband but I folded a scarf and tied the ends together and there you go, a new colorful headband.
It’s definitely the most fun and colorful look out of the three.
