This half of the year has gone by quicker than I imagined. I remember last year during this time my husband and I just finished moving, came back from our Babymoon trip and got ready for our baby shower on the 4th of July. I also found out that I had Gestational Diabetes and I had to control all the carbs and sugars I consumed each meal. Because I rejected to prick my fingers all day long, I had to go see the doctor twice a week for an ultrasound and to monitor my baby’s heart rate. A few months later I had given birth to a healthy and beautiful baby girl!

You’ll never be able to go back in time (at least for now), so just make the best time out of your life. Make everyday count so you can think back and enjoy your memories without regrets.

Everyday is a new beginning, give yourself a chance to do something amazing! Forget about what makes you upset yesterday! It’s not worth to to waste your time complaining and feeling sorry for yourself. Live life at the fullest and at the happiest you can!

Feel so old talking about the past!! Haha! Oh, well!

Because this weekend is the 4th of July weekend why don’t we make something delicious and healthy for your family and friends who attend your party!! This recipe today I had found from fearlessfresh.com but I adapted some of the recipe to my liking. It’s gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, and Vegan! Supper easy to make and supper delicious to try!

Ingredients are as simple as these coconut oil, organic cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, walnuts, almonds and cashews

I got this organic cocoa powder from Whole Foods Market.

I have posted my recipe on the online library page, you can excess all my free downloadable files through there! Just join the tribe and become a member! Link below!
