Last Minute Mother’s Day Gift Ideas
Hello there love!
I am a little bit late on this Mother’s day gift guide post but since we still have one more week to go until Mother’s Day, I wanted to share this quick post of what I recommend you to get for your mother, your wife or even yourself on this upcoming Mother’s Day.
First, I have to be honest with you on how I really feel about receiving gifts as a mother. I really don’t have any specific items that I would want to receive for this occasion. All I want from my baby is for her to be a good person, be able to make the right decisions, to love herself, be able to take care of herself when I’m not around and for her to know that I love her more than anything.
I also want her to know that she’s already my most valuable present I could ever ask for, other stuff means nothing to me. I think most mothers have the same or similar feelings like me so baby, if you want to give your mommy something, a little DIY card from you will make your mother’s heart grow bigger than it normally is.
Dear husband, here’s what I think all of the husbands should know. I am talking from my own perspective, a perspective of a happy wife. We, mother of your child (children), don’t need expensive presents. All we need is your love, care, attention, affection and sometimes help with the baby (babies) and things around the house. We want you to be honest with anything because no such thing is better than honesty in a relationship. Communication is also important, so don’t let your fear come in front of you and stop talking when you are really supposed to speak.
We respect you and we love for you to respect us and we want you to remember that we love you, always have and always will, that’s why you’re the father of our children. You don’t need to give us a Chanel bag or a diamond ring. If you want to get something, a small gift and a card are good enough for Mother’s Day.
To you, as a mother, please know in your heart that you are such an amazing mother. You’re doing a wonderful job raising your child (children). Be proud of yourself. Don’t let any doubts hurt you. You are strong and you’re worth anything you want. Take this chance to really look into how far you have come. Don’t forget to love yourself and don’t forget to take care of yourself as well.
I have a lot more to say but I think thats enough for now. These three gifts below are the three I think are appropriate for Mother’s Day. I don’t want you to go through a long list and have a hard time deciding which one you should get. If you have enough of a budget, feel free to get all three!
Perfume
I got my Miu Miu Perfume as an early Mother’s Day gift for myself from Sephoras online store so I recommend you to buy your perfume online and not in store because you can get an extra gift that will come with your purchase. I got my Miu Miu pouch from my purchase. It’s very cute and definitely worth the money spent. All offers are valid while supplies last. You can always check for Sephora’s coupons, promo codes and coupon codes on this page.
Below I have linked a few perfumes that come with an extra gift when shopping online at Sephora, make sure you check them out. But be aware when perfume shopping though, if you have no experience perfume shopping for your wife or your mother before, you can guess the scents by knowing her personal preferences. For example, does she like Sweets (Prada Candy), Florals (CHLOÉ Roses De Chloé) or Fruits (BURBERRY My Burberry Blush)? You can go by those preferences.
P.S. These are just while guesses though. It might not work a 100% but at least you put some thought into it. The good part of it is that you can always return your products if your mother/wife doesn’t like it! You might want her to pick it herself on the next round. 🙂
Earrings

Spa time is always a good idea too.
