An Affirmation is a phrase you say out loud to yourself to help you achieve your life goals and keep a positive mindset. It can be anything you want to accomplish. An example would be “I am successful.” or “I am a healthy person.”.
How to practice Affirmations?
You can practice affirmations by saying, “ I am a happy person” every morning when you wake up and every night before bed. Say it as many times as you want to feel what you are saying is true. They can be short or long, make them your own, and get started.
